Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy:
- If you find any item missing, or if anything is damaged, quality problem or wrong product please immediately return the package to your delivery agent. After you accept the package, we are unable to receive claims for missing, wrong or defective items.
- The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery. (Applicable only for Food and Grocery item)
- Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.
- In case of undelivered order for any reason, refund will be procesed deducting the disconted amount, if any.
- For any technical issue with the order, delivery, or refund procedure, the customer will be provided the correct service as soon as the issue is resolved.
- In the event of a return, the buyer shall be responsible for all transportation and courier charges incurred.
বাতিলকরণ, রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি:
- যদি আপনি কোন জিনিসপত্র অনুপস্থিত দেখতে পান, অথবা যদি কিছু ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়, মানের সমস্যা হয় অথবা ভুল পণ্য থাকে, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে অবিলম্বে আপনার ডেলিভারি এজেন্টের কাছে প্যাকেজটি ফেরত দিন। প্যাকেজটি গ্রহণ করার পরে, আমরা হারিয়ে যাওয়া, ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ জিনিসপত্রের জন্য দাবি গ্রহণ করতে পারি না।
- ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রতিস্থাপনের অনুরোধ জানাতে হবে। (শুধুমাত্র খাদ্য এবং মুদিখানার পণ্যের জন্য প্রযোজ্য)
- খাদ্য পণ্যের জন্য ডেলিভারির সময় থেকে ২৪ ঘন্টা পরে কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
- পণ্যের অনুপলব্ধতার কারণে রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র বাতিলকৃত অর্ডার আইটেমগুলির জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
- অর্ডার, ডেলিভারি, বা রিফান্ড পদ্ধতিতে যেকোন প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যার জন্য, সমস্যাটি সমাধান হয়ে গেলেই গ্রাহককে সঠিক পরিষেবা প্রদান করা হবে।
- ক্রয়কৃত পন্য ফেরত পাঠানোর ক্ষেত্রে, সমস্ত পরিবহন এবং কুরিয়ার চার্জের জন্য ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- Delivery of wrong product
- Delivery of defective product
- Delivery of the products with missing parts
একটি আইটেম ফেরত দেওয়ার বৈধ শর্ত এবং কারণ:

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED:
- Underwear
- Skincare, Cosmetics & Perfumes
- Personal hygiene items.
- Consumables such as beverages.
নিম্নলিখিত পণ্যগুলি ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না:

CANCELLATION & REFUND DUE TO PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:
- Delivery of the ordered items is subject to the availability of the products at our vendor's depot/warehouse/store. genialtouch.com authority may cancel or deliver any order within 4 to 25 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is unavailable.
- In the case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund, if not received any cashback/refund, within 1-10 working days.
- After confirming any Order, if the order is canceled by the customer and online payment is already made by the customer against that order, genialtouch.com will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
- Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain vendors' products. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders.
পণ্যের অনুপলব্ধতার কারণে বাতিলকরণ এবং ফেরত:
- ক) অর্ডারকৃত আইটেমগুলির ডেলিভারি আমাদের বিক্রেতার ডিপো/গুদাম/স্টোরে পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার সাপেক্ষে। অর্ডার করা আইটেম(গুলি) এর স্টক না থাকলে হলে genialtouch.com কর্তৃপক্ষ ৭ থেকে ২১ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল/ডেলিভারি করতে পারে।
- খ) ধারা (ক) এর ক্ষেত্রে, যদি গ্রাহক ইতিমধ্যেই অর্ডারের বিপরীতে অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান করে থাকেন, তাহলে গ্রাহক ১-১০ কার্যদিবসের রিফান্ড পাবেন। এর মধ্যে কোনো ক্যাশব্যাক/ডিস্কাউন্ট না পেলে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন।
- গ) যেকোন অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পর, যদি গ্রাহকের দ্বারা অর্ডারটি বাতিল করা হয় এবং সেই অর্ডারের বিপরীতে গ্রাহকের দ্বারা ইতিমধ্যেই অনলাইন পেমেন্ট করা হয়ে থাকে, genialtouch.com রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ বিতরণ করার সময় একটি অনলাইন গেটওয়ে লেনদেন ফি চার্জ করবে এবং কোন ডিসকাউন্ট থাকলে তা বাদে বাকি অর্থ রিফান্ড করা হবে।
- ঘ) নির্দিষ্ট বিক্রেতাদের পণ্য সরবরাহের জন্য অগ্রিম অর্থপ্রদান প্রয়োজন। এই ধরনের অর্ডারের জন্য গ্রাহক অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান না করলে আমরা যেকোন অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।
RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Damages due to misuse of the product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Innerwear, socks, and clothing freebies
- Products with tampered or missing serial
- Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on genialtouch.com
প্রত্যাবর্তন/প্রতিস্থাপন গ্যারান্টি নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলীর মধ্যে প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে:
- পণ্যের অপব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতি
- পণ্যের ত্রুটির কারণে আকস্মিক ক্ষতি
- যেকোন ভোগ্য বস্তু যা ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে বা ইনস্টল করা হয়েছে
- অন্তর্বাস, মোজা এবং পোশাক বিনামূল্যে
- টেম্পারড বা অনুপস্থিত সিরিয়াল / UPC নম্বর সহ পণ্য
- কোন ক্ষতি/ত্রুটি যা প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নেই
- যে কোনও পণ্য যা সমস্ত আসল প্যাকেজিং এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক ছাড়াই ফেরত দেওয়া হয়, বাক্স সহ, প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং যদি থাকে, এবং অন্যান্য সমস্ত আইটেম যা মূলত সরবরাহ করা পণ্যের সাথে অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে।
